Seneca Ridge Apartments

Love it here! I moved in about a month ago and could not be any happier with this place! It's quiet, the neighbors are very friendly, the place is very clean, and VERY SPACIOUS!! The leasing manager, Connie has been so wonderful and helpful since the day I showed interest in these apartments. The maintenance crew is awesome and on top of it! Highly recommend Seneca Ridge to anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly, and worry-free place to live!

Kept a huge portion of my security deposit. The property manager at the time (April) was very nasty when I asked for it back. Even though she commented on how “clean” my unit was during a fire alarm check. I took them to small claims and got my security deposit back. She claimed I broke the fridge door when it was duct taped when I moved in. When I moved in the unit was FILTHY and covered in dog hairs. I tried scheduling a move out inspection but got no answer. Be sure to take LOTS of pictures when you move in and out. **** pictures of the filthy unit April described ****

I recommend this complex because it is a really quiet neighborhood. The apartments are quite spacious and easy to maintain. I have lived here for a few years and I want to highlight the work of April, the new manager, she is truly doing her job beyond expectations. She is a tireless worker. Always watchful to the needs of tenants. She is very gentle, attentive to listen and always answers calls and emails, thus keeping communication open between tenants and landlord. She deserves great recognition for his work.

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. We live in pangborn townhomes. They told us to stop paying rent at cortland and to pay at Seneca Ridge. First month paying I paid on 1/3. Why I get a letter on my door stating that we failed to pay rent and they tagged on a late fee. I have been living at pangborn townhomes for almost 4 years now NEVER had an issue. I also reported MULTIPLE TIMES a leak under our sink with broken hose that has still yet to be fixed. I’m calling consistently nobody answers the phone. Two lazy women sitting in the office & DONT ANSWER THE PHONE THIS ISNT RIGHT OR OK AT ALL

The apartments are really nice here. They’re clean and big, and the neighbors are quiet and friendly. There’s also ample parking. My guest never have to park far away from my building when they stop by. They have playgrounds for kids, which my children really enjoy, and the property manager, April, is really great. She really puts thought into her work and is always working to make it even better. My kids love going to the leasing office with me because she always offers them candy or a popsicle. She’s great! All in all, this is a place that I’d highly recommend and is one of the best apartments that I’ve found in Hagerstown and isn’t expensive for what they actually offer you. I’m going on my second year. I really like it here!
