If you’re considering an upper-floor unit here, be prepared to walk on eggshells or learn how to fly. The floors are extremely thin. Normal walking causes vibrations, and noise complaints may come from sounds originating in other apartments on the same floor. I lived here for two years and received multiple noise warnings, including during times when my family was away on vacation. On one occasion, my downstairs neighbor complained while all my children were asleep; the floor continued shaking even as he stood in my unit, proving the noise was not coming from us. Despite spending over $500 on rugs, padding, slippers for my kids, and chair dampeners and requesting an inspection from management that was never acknowledged, I ultimately received a non-renewal notice. I’ve been living here for a few months and overall it’s been a pleasure. It’s very quiet no matter the time of year or time of day , neighbors seem to be pleasant, and the property is very well kept. The apartments are pretty spacious and nicely renovated. I absolutely loveeee Natalie, if she was the property manager here it would be perfect here. She is very professional and direct , and also very helpful. Pat has very poor beside manners and seems to be a bit overwhelmed with her obligations as a property manager. In my opinion she has a very unprofessional demeanor and approach with me as a tenant, I cannot speak for anyone else. Privacy and consideration is a major concern I have but other than that, this place is a cool, clean, and safe place to live.

For the last 3-4 months we have had one working washing machine for whole the building. For the last two days, we have no working washing machines. I’ve sent multiple messages and let the leasing office know but they have decided to ignore our needs. At this point residents are having to take their laundry somewhere else and no apology has been issued.

Worst place I ever lived..my neighbors were wonderful...the leasing manager is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever met...all the other tenants are afraid of her.. plus she loves to tell all the other tenants your personal business...I had other tenants ask me how did court go today I asked how did you know..,oh Pat told me,.. completely blew my mind considering I am a victim/survivor of domestic violence....I would recommend this place only if Ms. Pat no longer works there.., I know have a lawyer involved.,

The leasing agent (older women, brown hair) in office was very rude. Came in looking for info and felt very unwelcomed. Put a post it note if you don’t want your lunch interrupted or simply tell your guest to come in at another time, instead of being rash. Not sure if the lady was having a bad day, but her attitude and way of speech was very demeaning. In the end, i didn’t want to continue to be disrespected and told her to have a nice day and led myself out the door. Hope everyone else has a better experience.
