Usually money talks, but not this time. My first call to check things out was to Market Homebuyers. They came the next day & gave me a very reasonable offer. But their approach seemed off. I reached out to a few companies & I spoke to Josue Rodriguez at CR Homebuyers of MD. And in about 45 minutes, he quoted me an offer. Which was lower than the first company. But Josue kept working & asked for more information abt my property. Using that, he was able to convince his supervisor to increase the offer.
