With this ever-changing real estate market I quickly realized my house was not going to sell the traditional way. I was the listing agent on a trasaction in Towson, MD where Tom Atwood and his teammember Mike Diaz had the Buyer. Everything went as smoothe as can be from start to finish. The lender and the title company who they or their buyer picked did a seamless job. Communication was excellent and their team did an excellent job of representing their client while still being professional and respectful to the other side. Tom Atwood is a beast!!!! He came to my property with his books, notebooks and different items to put on a beautiful presentation. My property had some challenges and Tom was just so understanding.
