We purchased a new build from Segal & Morel in June 2025. This was our third experience purchasing a new build the prior two having been bought from different builders so we have an idea of what to expect from the process. We were under contract with Segal & Morel for over one year and during this time had several opportunities to interact with them. I am sorry to say that we received the worst customer service that we have ever experienced from any company. The individual employees are pleasant to deal with one-on-one but it is evident that they do not communicate with each other and are given the greenlight to gaslight customers. Three of the most egregious issues we faced are: a 2.5 delay in when the house was completed; water intrusion in our basement twice within the first 45 days of
Took some time to get the house built but so happy with it! They jumped through hoops on closing day. Very helpful in taking time to help choose options. And, service for walk thru and touch- ups are fantastic!
I don't know what kind of shoddy work they do my house is just two years old and my roof is starting failing. The customer service is just terrible so as maria perna ！
The name states housing complex.. screams low end housing what else can I say.. not a 1,2,3 % percent kinda place.
Segal & Morel don't stand behind their work! I would give them a zero if could.
