My wife and I have rented in Sedona for 14 years. The first 6 years with Sedona Elite Properties, and the last 8 with Sedona Rentals & Property Management. Things started off ok with Sedona Rentals, but after Donna left we noticed a big difference in the quality of their customer service. From broken furnaces and weeks of cold showers and non functioning dryers, to a broken a.c. unit during a heat wave, living condtions became less than acceptable. We understand that things happen, but felt like Sedoma Rentals could have done a much better job at handling these issues.
