Sedona Park Apartments

I had a great experience with Sedona Park Apartments in Irving, Texas, thanks to Victoria. She was extremely helpful, patient, and professional throughout the process. I had several questions, and she answered all of them clearly and thoroughly. I asked her to resend information by email more than once, and she did so kindly without any hesitation. Even after a few days without communication, when I reached out again, she responded promptly and in a very friendly manner. What I appreciated most was her willingness to help despite the time difference. I am on the East Coast and called earlier than the office’s regular hours, yet Victoria still assisted me and made sure I had everything I needed. Excellent customer service overall, and I highly recommend Sedona Park Apartments.

Monse, Victoria, Yesenia and Mykayla have been great consistently. They are always willing to help with any situation that comes up. The areas are always clean and the apartments are very comfortable. Please keep up the good work. You guys are awesome! Angel

I would give 0 stars if I could. The front desk agents have been unhelpful from the start. Since moving in, the toilet doesn't flush properly, there have been roaches in the apartment for 8 months, and the cabinets were broken and sticky on move-in day. They also promised a $150 credit if we applied within 48 hours, but gave no written confirmation. We completed the process on time, yet they still tried to avoid giving the credit, after that I had to ask manager to check the call recordings for the proof Their rent payment system is also faulty. After I paid the rent, the system still showed a balance due. When I called the office, the front desk worker insisted that I make a second payment. After doing so, I was charged an additional $75 as a “balance return fee.” I sent proof to the man

My Experience Living at Sedona Park Apartments I have lived at Sedona Park Apartments for over two years. During this time, I repeatedly experienced problems with the stove and electrical system and reported them several times, but the issues were never fully resolved. Recently, the stove caught fire, and I was fortunately able to put it out quickly. This incident made me feel very unsafe and concerned for my well-being. I am sharing this experience to inform future tenants about the quality and safety of the units so they can make an informed decision before renting. Having safe and properly functioning facilities is every tenant’s right

My experience with Sedona Park was great. They have a beautiful resort style pool & a new cozy gym. I honestly didn’t expect the small 1 bedroom apartment to be as big as it appeared. Spacious kitchen, with a pantry and spacious laundry room. I’m so eager to move in, thank you Victoria for assisting with the tour and explaining everything from start to finish.
