I’ve been a client with Sedona Elite Properties since Fall 2025, and they are as professional as it gets. I have, primarily, communicated with Liliana Vazquez and she has been a genuine pleasure to correspond with: aside from her exceptional professionalism and knowledge, she has addressed any/all of my questions and concerns with a high degree of efficiency and authentic kindness. They’re simply a wonderful team!

My experience was awful. I did have great communication with Ian. But he had to intervene as we were harassed by HOA from the first day of a one year stay. The internet went out often, the stove often did not work, we were forced to sell a custom made van after Lilian saw that we had it when signing the lease. We had multiple issues with utilities and alarms going off. In the end, they kept our deposit as I knew they would. We had one pet and they were given a deposit for 2 but one died before we arrived. They wanted to paint a room while we were there. It was constant harassment and I would never recommend this place!

We rented a house from Sedona Elite. We were always patient and kind despite the fact the house needed multiple repairs because it was not move in ready. We were paying $5,000 a month for our rental. Our home was located on a golf course, we did not know but found out the first day we moved in that we had to park two blocks away from our house to avoid damage to our car from golf balls. This also resulted in repeated golf balls striking the residence, as many as seven a day, creating an ongoing safety hazard to our 6 year old daughter. We reported this with pictures of damage to the home, our car and our daughter’s play area, making the yard unsafe. In addition, a water leak occurred within the home, requiring substantial repairs that were never completed, which subsequently led to mold g

I have had the pleasure of interacting with this property management company for the last few years at my unit. They are always extremely professional and glad to help out when you have questions or issues. They definitely make the rental experience much more satisfying. Highly recommended.

As a property owner, we feel that Ian Kraut and his staff did a thoroughly professional job of managing our rental home.
