Debbie and Sarah are both AWESOME. I have been working with Security Title for years. It has been fantastic to partner with a company that can handle all of my title needs for my busy real estate business. They have a convenient office location in Fort Myers with a great professional office staff. Sarah is wonderful and goes above and beyond whenever i need anything. Security Title & Abstract was our title agency when we sold our house in Cape Coral. Our estate agent Susanne Bahlke (to be highly recommended) brought them in and we were more than happy with that decision. Sarah Arnold-Cox was our main point of contact and it was a delight to deal with her. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and customer orientated. She was always available to answer any questions we had, on the phone and via email. This was very helpful as we are based in Germany and really valued a trustworthy, competent title agency. We would be more than happy to do business with Security Title & Abstract again.

This title company doesn’t even deserve the one star!!! This company is outrageous and unprofessional I would never recommend anyone to deal with them! my fiancé and I are suppose to close Friday on our condo and Sarah is out of town and we got email this morning about the funds and wiring them and such we called today to talk to Sarah to get the info and where told she is out of town that they couldn’t do anything or help us that we have to call back tomorrow and the transfer takes 3 days and we are just now being told about this 72 hours before hand?..unacceptable !
