Sebring Court Apartments

I really like these apartments. I have been here for about 2 weeks. I really like the layout of the apartment, and it is all electric which I really like. The pool room in the clubhouse is very clean and welcoming and I can’t wait to use the pool this upcoming summer. The online application is easy to fill out, and the approval process did not take too long. The office was super kind when they helped me. I have not had any maintenance needs, but the office staff assured me they handle anything quickly, and they even have emergency on-call maintenance if I need it.

Lived here for a combined 6 years at two properties. I love my apartment. When something bad happens people are always there to help. Maintenance is seen all over the property picking up and running service. Office staff and property managers are friendly and respectful. Where else could I have an apartment with garages right outside my door under 700 a month?! Connie is a wonderful property manager and so was my other at Stanford. Pretty birds and good views. Quiet and peaceful. I'm a happy camper.

Lived here for two years. Had a really bumpy application process, but a generally good living experience. However, they refused to provide my lender with my rental history when I came to refinance my house after I moved out earlier this year and made my life hell in an already difficult time in my life. I had to run through extra hoops to close on my refi because they either don't hold onto records after the lease is over or are just incompetent.

I lived in Sebring Court for a little over one year. PROS -Grounds were beautiful and kept up nicely -Maintenance staff were all super nice and helpful & Jasmine in the office was always great CONS -Application process took well over 3 months with me constantly needing to call and get follow-ups, even after I was approved (should've been my first red flag) -Apartment had issues/damage when I moved in (kitchen was not cleaned, bathroom mirror stained with black substance, blinds on balcony door were ripped) -Office did not communicate with maintenance when issues arose (reaching out to them directly I never had issues) and office never returned calls -Many times office would not pick up the phone or would be closed without any notice during posted business hours -Had a maintenance person

Sharon is the best of the best 10/10 she is really nice.
