Sebastian Square Townhomes

They are very beautiful, but I can’t get it more than three stars. When I moved in, I asked them to replace the disgusting carpet not only did they not replace it, which gave us all allergies for the duration of our stay there, they also didn’t clean it. They said it had been shampooed, but it had clearly not been, it smelled fermented. Whatever animal has been in there had dropped all kinds of dander in the vents, so we couldn’t turn the heater on either because we all had horrible allergies when we did.. And winter is in the least that you have to turn it on, so we were just suffering in there until we got space heaters. After all of that, they raise the rent so that they could repair the driveway which was destroying our cars, so I went ahead and moved out, and then they charge me to r

Sebastian Square Townhomes is a great place to live. The property is beautiful and very well kept. It’s a newer complex with great design both inside and outside. It has a very nice floor plan. The property management is great! They’re very nice and professional. I highly recommend living at Sebastian Square Townhomes. It’s been a wonderful experience.
