Seasons at Horsetooth Crossing

We located from another state and needed to downsize from a home to an apartment. We checked out many apartments in Fort Collins and choose The Seasons at Horsetooth two years ago because of the quiet location and many amenities it offered. There is a sense of community with responsible, friendly staff and quiet tenants. The open green space and roomy well maintained apartments was a real selling point. We feel our apartment is low cost for the space, year round heated pool/hot tub and work out room. It is nice to be near residential living for peaceful neighborhood walks. This is our new home where we feel safe, happy and grateful to live for years to come.

Our experience living at the Seasons at Horsetooth Crossing has been great. The maintenance folks are so helpful, and our requests to them are always completed within one day, sometimes even within a couple of hours. All of the office staff are friendly and helpful and work hard to make this feel like a community rather than just buildings and apartments with no connection. Will continue to live here for as long as we are renting.

If you're going to live here, DO NOT flush flushable wipes. Doing this once will permanently ruin the toilet. You will be accused of doing it more than once, and you will be charged to replace the toilet. They only did this after the toilet clogged six times, leaving us consistently without our toilet. Additionally, the pool is not nearly as nice as it looks in photos. It consistently has bugs and leaves floating around and the hot tub barely works. Additionally, if you are a college student, they will most likely try to give you an apartment with many issues. We had two broken cabinets, stains on the walls and a busted stove, as well as requiring two hours of cleaning upon move in. I've been living here for just over two years and thus far my experience with the company and the apartment complex has been very good. When my AC went out, they had it repaired by the time I got off of work the same day. The grounds are well maintained and the community is very pleasant and quiet. I very much enjoy my apartment.

The apartment is fine and all staff that we dealt with have been outstanding. The apartment was not clean and we feel we should not have to clean prior to putting our stuff away. Cabinets, sinks, counters, vents were especially dirty. Seasons was responsive, maintenance has been very responsive and helpful.
