Seasons at Hoffman Estates

I can’t thank Seasons at Hoffman Estates enough for my new home! I moved in back in October 2025 and it was the best decision I could have ever made. I have probably had the most difficult past year of my life due to an array of significant life events, one being the experience I had at the apartment I lived in shortly prior to Seasons. The impacts of everything that came up for me all of 2025 were long lasting and affected me in all areas of my well-being. (Mental health, physical health, finances, work, maintain relationships with those around, etc.) I can honestly say that moving to Seasons rescued me from everything I was struggling with and living here has provided me the home and environment I needed to feel safe again, and get things back on track to rebuild /stabilize my life. I have been a resident at Seasons at Hoffman Estates for over 2 years and I absolutely love where I live! The location is perfect and the quality and design of the apartments define luxury. I spend a lot of time at the pool in the summer and use the gym several times a week. I highly recommend this apartment community and look forward to many more years here!

I’ve truly enjoyed living in this apartment community. The overall environment is calm, clean, and welcoming, which makes it feel much more like a home than just a place to live. The grounds are well-maintained, and there’s a sense of respect and consideration among neighbors that really stands out. It’s refreshing to come home to a space that feels peaceful and safe, whether I’m relaxing inside my apartment or walking through the property. The community atmosphere adds so much to the quality of living here, and it’s clear that a lot of care goes into keeping the environment comfortable and enjoyable for residents. I would absolutely recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a positive, well-kept, and welcoming place to live.

High-quality apartments, looked like a great place to live! BB was easy to talk to and great to work with - answered all of my questions, and stayed professional even after I decided to lease somewhere closer to my budget. Highly recommend

idk what you guys did. we viewed this place in summer of 2023, never ever signed the lease. but for some reason we got charged EACH like almost $4k?? there’s 4 ppl, so that’s about $16k total. you guys scammed or something. terrible company. and not nice apartments either from what i remember. way overpriced. you could literally find somewhere cheaper in Chicago that’s nicer. lame.
