Giuliana was absolutely outstanding throughout my entire rental process. I will start off by saying that I adore my apartment in terms of the layout. It's spacious and the grounds up keep outside the building is always top notch. If my review was solely based on the apartment and the beauty of the surrounding area this would be an easy five stars. Unfortunately there is a lot more than that when you rent. I thought Renew taking over from the Reserve would result in a better maintenance experience but it's magnitudes worse now. I would strongly recommend not moving into this complex if you are an impatient person. You literally need the patience of Job from the Bible lol. You will almost never get a maintenance request answered without follow up calls. If you don't follow up normally a couple weeks later it will show the maintenance team answered your request w

ReNew Poplar Creek is a great place to live. The Leasing Team do an excellent customer service, they are very helpful, friendly, and caring staff. The rent hikes have become too difficult to manage. This used to be a great place to live before the current management took over. I’ve enjoyed living here for more than eight years, but the continual yearly increases have made it hard to justify staying. Additionally, there were a couple of fire incidents last year, which added to my concerns. For these reasons, I’ve submitted my move‑out notice and will be relocating.

The Reserve at Hoffman Estates was my children’s and my very first home, and it will always hold a special place in our hearts. From the day we moved in, we felt welcomed and supported by the community and the management team. The staff went above and beyond to make residents feel at home, and the community events hosted by the office created such great memories for my kids and me. We truly loved living at The Reserve—it was a beautiful, safe, and friendly environment where we made lasting memories. I want to sincerely thank the entire team for giving my children and me the opportunity to experience such a wonderful community.
