Sea Light did an excellent job with phase I of my renovation. From a newly designed master bath, walk-in closet, washer/dryer room, new lighting, stair bannisters, carpet, ceiling fans and even a custom designed accent wall in the living room with built in TV, electric fireplace, and hand crafter wood mantle. They were always in communication, making suggestions and pointing out issues to make my home the best it could be. I highly recommend their work! 7/2025 - Phase II was recently completed. They added a new roof and siding, added a walkway around the house, outdoor bath, entryway, elevator, a jack-n-jill bathroom, two new bedrooms and bathroom in each. Sea Light Design and Build completely renovated my screened porch and extensive system of decks located on the ground, second and third stories of my house. The workmanship was superb and the end result is really breathtaking. The design phase was made to be very straight forward, with Chuck and the team offering up very helpful choices and suggestions. Any issues along the way in the construction phase were addressed thoroughly and professionally, with an elevated focus on detail. What pleased me the most, though, was the craftsmanship of the work. I have been super pleased with the renovations and highly recommend the company based on my experience.
