Summary : I am thrilled that I used Bayside and Joe for the inspection of a new construction home in Lewes. Background I contracted Joe and Bayside Home Inspections to inspect a new home we were building in Lewes, DE. The builder is a tract builder and known for sketchy quality in various locations across the country. We performed a pre-drywall and final inspection with Joe. The pre-drywall really called out several twisted beams that likely would have led to sheetrock issues later in the build. Joe provided details, and photographs of everything that he felt was not proper and the builder resolved the issues before our own pre drywall walk through. I was in the mortgage industry for 26 years and always had heard horror stories about building a new home.This was our first time building a new home.
