Unfortunately, I would recommend all interested parties to avoid Kathy Campbell at all costs due to not living up to her word. She purchased images from our company over a year ago, communicated twice that she was going to pay for them (even lied about sending a check), and then hung up the phone when we followed-up with her about it. When we asked agents in the area about her, apparently this behavior is very much 'on-brand' and completely expected. What goes around, comes around. Apparently word has gotten around that disingenuous behavior from Kathy is very much her style.

BEWARE! Kathy Campbell broker of Settle Down Realtor is the WORST real estate broker I ever met! I hired her to sell my house she had one function to perform and she FAILED MISERABLE! Because of her actions my house missed the closing date. I strongly recommend if you are considering hire her or anyone in Settle Down Realtor do a Google search on Kathy Campbell before you hire her if I would have I would have NEVER hired her!

Will try to sell you a home and pocket more money besides commission. Kathy is very rude and all around horrible person. Look else where for a good realtor.
