SCS Oshkosh

SCS Oshkosh has been a great experience overall. Rebecca, the property manager, has been very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The apartments are clean and well kept, and everything has been taken care of promptly when needed. I would definitely recommend SCS Oshkosh to anyone looking for a nice place to live.

Currently living here for about a year. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful if you reach out. The units are well kept and have plenty of room. The landscaping issues I have seen before have been corrected and everything is very pretty for the most part! The only caution i would give anyone is that the front office is very busy, so if you would like to talk to someone in person and work a regular 9-5 it might be a few weeks before you are able to catch them. All around I would for sure recommend!

SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY - DO NOT RENT SCS. Save yourself some time and do yourself a favor by not even considering this place. The property manager is horrid. Most stressful place I’ve ever lived due to the property being a sloppy muddy mess for a whole year plus and the property manager who thinks she’s the Queen. The inside of these places are also thrown together and aren’t to code. Save your money people.

I was hesitant to go back to apartment living since you never know what you are going to get. From the moment I met Hollie, the apartment manager, and saw the property I was impressed. Hollie is very thorough and organized and she makes the expectations known. She made me feel very welcome. The apartments are beautiful and everyone gets a garage. The garages are extra roomy for your vehicle and storage. We receive property updates so everyone is on the same page. Maintenance gets done in a timely manner. The property is out in the country and is very quiet. I like the neighbors I have met so far and we are even having a Halloween decorating contest! I highly recommend SCS Oshkosh! Been living here for a few months now and I love it! The apartments are spacious and the appliances are nice. Everyone kind of keeps to themselves (at least in my building) and there haven't been any issues that I thought needed attention. When I moved in, there was no landscaping but within a week there was grass on my side of the complex. I've seen reviews about there being no landscaping but honestly, you're moving into a basically new, unfinished complex, you shouldn't be expecting grass and shrubs and such yet. Also, there is a decent trail that runs along the edge of the complex for walking and I like taking my dog that way. I just wish it were paved or flattened a little as the rocks are kind of big. If I had to nitpick about 1 thing, it'd be the construction group (as there is stil
