Absolutely horrible. The beginning of my experience was great. Closed on my house as a new construction and immediately started noticing issues. submitted various warranty items before my one year. It's been one year since I've submitted my warranty items and things are slowly trickling to done only after I bombarded them with emails. But still not complete. We've had 6 or 7 construction managers. And they have all been difficult to deal with. The new sales lady at the model home had the audacity to blame me for lack of communication when I showed her proof of multiple emails from me to them asking for updates and reminding them that my warranty items are still pending. Felder homes are great homes, second only to Perry homes in the homestead development. However, courtney the sales agent there is a terrible snake of a salesperson. I purchased a home there and brought a friend in to look in the community. He found a home he liked and has been talking with her for about a month. I filled out his intake papers and listed his real estate agent on the forms. My friend is somewhat old fashioned and doesnt even have a cell phone or email and he is very trusting of people who may try to take advantage of him, so I look out for him. Fast forward to today and I find out that courtney has been taking him to other properties, not felder homes whome she works for and is trying to act as his agent.
