We bought & closed with Perry Homes in Nov. 2024. It has been nothing short of an excellent experience from start to finish. My family and I love the home and community. Micheal Chapman was good to us on the sales side BUT where Perry really shined was on the construction side of things with Carter Ullrich ( and no we’re not related lol ), he was great during the initial walk and final walk. Carter has absolutely always gone the extra mile even post close to make us feel taken care of when issues or things arise with the home. He is an absolute asset to the team yall have here in this community. Thank you to everyone involved.
