Mrs. Martin helped my wife and I find our new home. She is honest and have went beyond reach to make sure the seller’s realtor waited for our second lender to re-qualify us. The first lender was from CA and didn’t know TX VA law but luckily Mrs. Martin saved the day and found us a very reliable lender that actually got us a lower percentage rate and paper-work fees. Now she is financially realistic and don’t push big price tag, she made sure we wanted to take on the mortgage payment. Plus she made sure area was safe. Very informative, friendly and trusting!
