Schalimar Apartments

People are so kind and may help you with what you need. It’s just a lovely place to stay when you are renting. They’re always on time when you need things done like getting things fixed. I love how they are so welcoming when you first move in

I've lived in my apartment in Schalimar for 4 years and have really loved my time here. It's a much smaller building than a lot of them, and all of the units open right out onto grassy open spaces, which I really like. The apartment has a lot of personality and visitors always compliment the dark wood ceilings and the amount of natural light I get. The location is very convenient to walk to the WSU campus, or to walk or drive to anywhere else in town. My unit was in good condition when I moved in, and DABCO has been very fast and responsive to any problems I've had over the years. Overall I'd definitely recommend to my friends to score a unit in Schalimar.

Very understanding and kind. Always willing to try to figure things out no matter your situation. A great place to live if you need to budget too! Overall a wonderful place to live with great staff!

Yes it may be an older building but dang I have a ton of space in my one bedroom and the location is fantastic! I have loved living here over the past 6 months and would recommend it to any student at Wsu!
