THE FLATS at Terre View

I still miss this apartment almost 2 years later. I always felt safe, very spacious, kind and attentive staff. Great location for WSU, clean, newer than a lot of places too. We had a place in building E with lofted ceilings and it included a storage unit (so rare and amazing)! I’d rent here again if I could - also the views are stunning!

I’ve lived in their apartments across from the coug mart for like 5 years and I’ve never had a problem with them. They are the nicest cheapest place you will find in Pullman and it’s the best location easy 20 minute walk to campus. And the bus stop is nearby as well. If you need a repair they will be there that morning ready to fix it fast. Communication is great and they are always fixing up the buildings!

Management is extremely helpful, kind, and understanding. They really worked hard to improve the Cedar Ridge apartments, and the Flats are very nice. All around we have had a great experience so far.

Clean apartments that are well maintained with respectable, kind, and caring owners/managers who avoid a lot of the unsavory practices such as many of the other rental companies in the area do such as multiple hundred dollar non refundable "admission fee" after approval. Maintenance requests are always quick to be filled out and good facilities.

Almost 3 years later and these are still the best run apartments I’ve ever lived in. Maintenance is speedy quick with responses, the leasing office are the nicest people, and you can’t beat the vinyl flooring and w/d + AC combo in Pullman. I lived in the E building for one year and the C building for 2 when I was getting my undergrad. I haven’t come close to finding a place run with the same level of care as the flats since then anywhere I’ve been. Thanks for taking care of me Noah and Delaney during all those years!
