Savoye Apartments

Management is horrible and THESE APARTMENTS ARE A MONEY TRAP. plan on paying $1,200 or more than you think. I had to pay 900$ to leave 500$ to transfer lease and 400$ your next month's rent even though I wasn't living there. The person I transfer my lease to had to pay $250 Plus the next month's rent which was $420. They also charged me an additional 200$ on the way out for extraes they could find. I was extremely careful to take care of the apartment and get my rent in on time. My friends that lived there, had similar experiences.

I lived here for a year and I had a pretty bad experience with the management. I am allergic to cats and let them know when I moved in. Throughout the year I let them know many times that I am allergic. I was gone for a weekend and the manager texted my roommate to see if they could move a girl in with a ESA cat, my roommate let them know that I am allergic. They did not care and still moved her in. When I got back I called them and they blamed it all on me. I showed them the many texts and emails I had sent letting them know I was allergic but they would not do anything about it. Her exact words were, "What do you want me to say". I understand that people make mistakes but she never once apologized and was really rude about the whole situation. Charged me for damages that weren't mine. Also had hidden fees in the security deposit. Otherwise it's a decent, affordable place for non-students if you end up with one of the clean apartments.

Clean and very nice apartments! Management is very nice and always easy to get ahold of! Best apartments!

mold in the apartment bathrooms & management won’t do anything. this can make someone seriously sick.
