Savannah Square Apartments

Lived there for a year, and in that time there was always a different manager and maintenance man. The owners don’t fix major problems and are very rude. When my stove went out the owner tried to charge me for a new stove. Took them almost 2 weeks to get me a new fridge when my old barely working one went out. RUN AWAY FROM HERE!!!! Don’t rent there it’s overpriced and surprisingly not condemned

Affordable, however these units are pretty old and the walls are paper thin (no privacy) You can hear your neighbors cough, on the phone, having sex ect... You get what you pay for.

I lived there for a few years rats out the ass cockroaches everywhere they wouldn't do a damn thing about it stay away from that place

They have bedbugs and rats! Owners will not do anything about it per the words of their own employees.

Mrs Thompson is heaven sent no.complaints just grateful and thankful ..
