Savannah Lakes Village Real Estate Sales Center

Savannah Lakes Village is no doubt beautiful, however Eddie has been no less than priceless to us. Eddie made all of our arrangements with our Discovery Visit, showed us numerous houses for resale as well as new houses for sale. We had many questions and needed to explore all of our options. Eddie took whatever time we needed and answered each of our questions. He is friendly, patient and very informative. We are so excited to become new homeowners in Savannah Lakes Village! We were on the discovery tour. Eddie Addison was top notch in showing us around the community, amenities, and new construction. He took the time to understand what we were looking for on our visit. He answered all of questions and was excellent at describing life in that area. Our accomodations were excellent. Well worth a visit. And I suspect it won't be our last.

What a great way to check out the area! We came to stay For two days and we ended up having to ask for another day so we could check out more houses. Eddie our realtor was great. He spent a lot of time talking to us and telling us about the area and showing it a few houses, both new construction and existing. The staff at the clubhouses and fitness center were very friendly. Food was good in both places and it’s wonderful to have two golf courses to play

We just completed a discovery tour of Savannah Lakes Village and were extremely impressed with the area, lakes, homes, amenities, golf courses and available outdoor activities. The people from Savannah Lakes were welcoming and helpful. The residents we met were very friendly. We were very impressed therefore disappointed that we felt it somewhat remote for us. It offers excellent value. If you are looking for a quiet place for retirement living you would be remiss not experience Savannah Lakes for yourself.

We enjoyed our discovery tour experience and are grateful to Savannah Lakes Village Real Estate (or was it the builders?) for hosting us. However, we came with a budget of $400k and were almost immediately summarily dismissed by the real estate agent (Karl). We were told that we would not get anything for that price. This was our first meeting, and I was ready to walk out. I didn't want to waste my time or the salesperson's time. However, we did continue with the appointment since we had traveled quite a distance for the tour. In the evening, we checked the real estate listings and found several options in our price range.
