From the first time we met Erin, I knew she was right for us. Her understanding of the local market and her ability to explain every step made the process stress free ( almost). Erin showed us existing properties for sale but we didn’t find exactly what we wanted so decided to build. She went above and beyond to help us out. We currently are located in California-and built in South Carolina. We got weekly videos showing us step by step what was happening. When we closed, we had to leave before it recorded. Erin took paperwork around to utilities that couldnt open up accounts in our name until they had the deed. I can’t recommend Erin enough…if you want a realtor that is truly hands on, she’s the one!

Erin exceeded all of our expectations when it came to our house search in Savannah Lakes Villages. She was extremely helpful in providing insight into the market and the available listings. She was very gracious in answering all of our questions and showing us numerous houses and lots. She made the purchasing process enjoyable and stress free. I had numerous concerns and she got back to me quickly with the correct answers and closing on the home was a very good experience. In the past 10 years, my husband I have worked with 5 realtors either in the process of buying or selling a property. Erin was, by far, the best realtor we’ve worked with. We were Building a home in Savannah Lakes while still living in Missouri. Erin attended all the meetings with the builder and the design team with us even going so far as to help with taking new tile to match cabinets and sharing photos with me to assist in my decision while we were back in Missouri. I appreciated and trusted her advice.
