Section 8 housing, housing for low income, not the best neighborhood but I grew up in the area. I have left vehicles around there over night. Gotten drunk and had a few brawls back then. Across the road there has been some shootings happen. But none in recent years. But really you get out what you put in with places like this everywhere in the world. Walk around looking for a fight you will likely find one. Go waiving a weapon around and you will get locked up... if your lucky.. Treat everyone like hoods and thugs.
