Savanna Ridge

I recently toured a two bedroom apartment with Brook and can really see myself living here! The building is quiet, clean, and doesn't smell bad like the last place I saw...and the apartment is STUNNING. Those white shiny countertops are just beautiful. Sadly the apartment I toured was rented before I was able to submit my application, but hoping another opens soon so I can apply.

Savanna Ridge it's a nice building to live in, it is quiet and private. The residents are super friendly, even though it lacks a pool, the heated garage makes for it. Management is friendly and helpful!

I've been here for about 6 months and love it. It is very quiet and clean. Management continues to upgrade (new tile, new lights etc.) property. Property manager, Angela Herman is friendly and responds to residents needs quickly and professionally. August was resident appreciation month and there were several events planned for us to attend (movie night, ice cream social, cookout) to meet and greet our neighbors, raffels and gift cards. Events were in the awesome club room and huge patio out back. Fitness center and underground parking are great perks as well!

Love living here. It’s hard to find a nice apartment building around here unless it’s brand new and way too expensive. Super quiet, no difficult neighbors. Just wish it had better amenities like a pool or larger gym.

Smells stinky. Hallway smells of garbage. Different smell every day. Pretty boring area. View is not great surrounded by Woods, no walking trails or paths. Very expensive with increasing price yearly. Very poor water pressure. Very unreliable and inconsistent water temperatures. Very often cold baths and showers when the water would not heat up, or lukewarm. Not worth the cost. On the up side washer and dryers in units is very nice. Reliable maintenance. Fitness room available pretty small, one machine per type. But it's definitely nice to have the option. Very nice relaxing Clubhouse Underground. Nice to have underground parking and storage spaces.
