The staff at the Grayslake facility are very friendly and knowledgeable. Being a credit union member also shields you from the common abuses that occur when using banks.
All the empolyees are so friendly and helpful. Also, I got a great rate on my car loan jere.
Closing account today!!! Opened 2 years ago...(Lake Villa Branch) Nothing beneficial available for me. Took a hard hit on credit score opening the account only to experience unprofessionalism and 2 years of outdated service.
