Lakewood Village Apartments

I’ve lived here for 24 years, and I honestly couldn’t ask for a better place to call home. The office team is fantastic — always friendly, professional, and quick to help with anything I need. Maintenance is top-notch as well; any issues are addressed promptly, and the team is always courteous and thorough. The apartment complex itself is well-kept, and the community feels safe and welcoming. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great living experience!

This site had too many turn overs with management who did not know how to manage. Since Lisa came back to put this location, you can see the difference. Lisa and Ashley are doing an amazing job. Lisa has taken action on issues and is firm with keeping this property clean and safe. Lisa sees something out of place she is quick to point out and tackle it. We are lucky to have her and Ashley.

Been here way much longer than I would have liked but this place saved my family and me! Been through 2 different management's and many maintenance workers. The place has had its ups and downs over the years. More downs due to different residents and their lack of cleanliness around here but overall, this place has been good to me. Went through many office managers also but as of right now, Amy is here and is really good to me. The only negative I would say is have had a list of things to be fixed for quite a long time and still has not been corrected but that could be due to all the craziness with office staff and lack there of. Hoping that changes once everything settles.

Staff have been helpful when I asked for assistance but I know I have to be a little patient and staff can be busy but I tried my best. Anything I try to ask as many questions as I can to give me the answers is like you they tried to explain it to me the best way that I can understand
