Despite replacing both the indoor and outdoor units and installing a "fan booster," the airflow was never fixed. I had to buy my own portable AC unit and pay $220/month to FPL just to keep the apartment livable. Five Stars for Steven & Nick and here's why: Steven DeSilva is an exemplary property manager and has been a asset to this property. He's made a number of significant improvements such as cleaning up and reorganizing the garbage area, fixing the gates so they work properly, and adding updated equipment in the gym. Steven is an experienced property manager and is extremely knowledge and able to answer any question. He is also extremely dedicated to his role and this community and can be counted on to research and address all issues thoroughly until they are resolved. He is professional, proactive, accountable, thorough, and has exemplary client service expertise. If I could give 0 stars I would. On October 1st we transferred to a smaller unit, because the price is astronomical for what you get. 2 weeks after moving, I began getting sick and have yet to get better. My husband has the occasional allergies. We even had a guest that had to leave and get a hotel due to his symptoms while visiting. Once he got the hotel, he never got sick or had any allergies. It had been nearly 2 months and still not any better. I was told to check around for mold. I found mold COVERING our AC coils. Not only that, but the AC has seemed to run constantly and with having a dog…. We have to change our air filter monthly. We have been here 2 months and our air filter looks brand new which indicates it’s not having anything in the air to catch because the air system is so

5 stars for Steve & Nick. This is my 2nd Christmas season living in Saratoga Place. I expressed to Steve that we’re lacking Christmas Spirit and 2 days later, beautiful Christmas decor appeared. I look forward to the changes he will make because he really does care. Shout out to Nick for always taking care of things and Victor for keeping the property clean!

I moved from MA to FL and I had a great experience with Fatima for the leasing process. Rent in the northeast is a lot more and you get a lot less. This place makes me and my family very grateful. Thank you, we look forward to enjoying our stay here.
