Santuario Apartments

I moved in about six months ago, and I truly LOVE living here!! First of all, I LOVE the location; at two main crossroads, with two main bus routes #4 & #11 every 15 minutes, or so, until around midnight--it's awesome. But, more importantly, I LOVE the complex and my apartment!! The community manager, Brittany has been completely professional, and all my issues have been taken care of. Upon my first visit to Santuario, I was totally impressed with the serenity and calm in the inner courtyard. Additionally, I love my apartment, and even though the hardwood floors are "fake" (laminate) they still look lovely, like the real thing. Brittany, the property manager,has been incredibly helpful in responsive. She truly cares about the residents and goes above and beyond to ensure we feel at home. Any maintenance request I've had were addressed promptly. Overall, I highly recommend Santuario Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live in Tucson it's a wonderful community with a welcoming atmosphere.

I am so happy I found this place to call my home. Brittany the manager has been amazing! She’s kind and compassionate and genuinely cares about any problems or concerns and takes care of it immediately. Jacob the maintenance man also does a great job of fixing things right away. Also I’ve never seen a cleaner pool in an apt complex. Great job! I’m looking forward to making this my home for yrs to come.

I've lived here for over a year now and I love this place! Manager is awesome and a nice well-maintained place to live.

I love living here, the manager Brittany takes very good care of us here. We are always doing resident events creating that sense of community. I would recommend it to anyone looking for their new home!
