The apartments do not have a central AC unit so expect some warm summers inside. Especially for your bed room, you'll need to buy your own unit to install. They expect you to pay for parking but do not enforce it when your specified spot is taken. My trash does not always get picked up when following the given schedule. I was told I have to contact the 3rd party that they chose to hire and charge me for. I have lived here nearly 3 years, the price has gradually increased meanwhile the same floor plan is leased at $400 less than what I am currently paying. Their office is bad at communicating, never have I received a returned call or email. Plan to go in person to resolve any issues. The front desk has admitted to being under staffed. I moved out of the complex in the end of November, returned keys. I left the apartment vacuumed without any damage, cleaned it very well for them. When I went to turn in my keys they told me they would mail my deposit within 2 weeks. Been more than a month and now won’t answer my calls even though I call everyday and when I do get in contact with someone they say they’ll look into in and never hear back. they just stole my deposit.

The development is not particularly well cared for but "ok" walked thru car repairs and over flowing dumpsters to get to the main office to have the very polite woman working reception that she was unable to assist with a tour as she was given no access to the computer or apartments. I drove 4 hrs for this tour. Don't offer me a canned reply about this isn't the experience blah blah... Because it is. Feel free to reach out directly to make this better... But I'm not gonna be contacting you

JeanPierre was a great agent at this location! He sold us on an apartment the first time we met him. His energy was amazing & he was very helpful to us. Moving is so stressful and he helped take away some of that stress! The apartment we got is perfect for my husband, daughter and I. Update to my previous review: they said I owe them money. Even though they never returned my 500 dollar deposit. They are charging me days way after I returned the apartment. Whatever you do don’t ever come to these apartments they will steal from you. They also never answered my emails, and calls
