I would not recommend living at Santa Fe Ranch Apartments. On January 23rd, a fire occurred in the meter box of my building, and the entire building lost power. Since then, the units have been uninhabitable, and residents were told by on‑site staff to leave and find somewhere else to stay due to safety concerns and incoming weather. What has made this situation worse is the complete lack of clear communication. Management never directly contacted me with updates, never offered temporary housing, and never provided anything in writing about rent adjustments. Every “update” has been vague, delayed, or contradicted by their own previous messages. Multiple repair deadlines were given (Jan 23, Feb 10, Feb 13) and all were missed without explanation. Despite the building being without electrici

I had a great experience with the community manager Kimberly Martinez during my leasing process. She helped me from the beginning until the end and made everything very smooth. She followed up regularly, explained the details clearly, and ensured all the steps were completed without any issues. Her support and responsiveness made the whole leasing process easy and stress-free. I really appreciate the effort and professionalism she showed. Thank you for helping me secure my home!

Please see all updates below and sincerely do not rent here. Update 3/4: Clarification, the fire occurred on 1/22 and unit was uninhabitable till 3/2, once electricity was restored there were multiple busted pipes and water remained off till 3/4. Also, while others were offered a model unit to live in during the 40 DAYS that all units were uninhabitable (I wasn't) but the apartments charged all units their full rent along with water and all other fees but indeed charged them ON TOP of this for the model unit meaning residents had to pay twice for rent all while not being able to live in their unit. Update 2/27/2026: Management has stated that the unit is cleared for re-occupancy as of today However, for 36 days following the fire, the unit was uninhabitable and I was displaced while rema

I had a deeply disturbing and unprofessional experience at Santa Fe Ranch Apartments. I arrived at 3:15 PM to tour the property, only to find a “Closed” sign on the door even though the posted hours said they closed at 4 PM. I spoke to someone through the door who claimed they didn’t work there, but another person (gentleman) returning from a self-guided tour confirmed the office should still have been open. He was returning the key. Eventually, an employee (a Black woman who identified herself as staff) came to the door. When I asked about the closing time, she rudely told me they had closed early. I explained I had spoken with someone about touring today, and she snapped back that she didn’t know who I talked to and claimed there was no manager as of last week. Her attitude was hostile

I regret to be living in this place. They only care about their rent money. From water leakage to stains on the windows. They decided not replace my window as I can’t see through it because it is foggy blurry with white stains, so ugly!!!. New manager is so arrogant telling me on my face that they will do nothing about it as it is expensive to replace those windows. They never finish a work order. I have been bringing up this issue since the first day I got into the apartment and they keep canceling my work order. Now I am in the process of contacting local authorities to see if they can help out with this issue.
