I lived in this apartment for only six months. During that entire time, we never had hot water for anything. Calling maintenance was useless, as the technicians would come but never fix the problem. Whenever we needed assistance from the office, there was never a defined deadline; everything was always postponed. However, if we were even a single day late on rent, we were immediately threatened with eviction. The situation worsened even more when we terminated the contract. There was still one month left to pay, but the final bill was absurdly high. Upon reviewing the charges, I found listed items that could not have been damaged by us. I took care of the apartment as if it were my own, and I have videos recorded before my move that clearly show pre-existing defects that were subsequently

Unit smelled terribly of cigarette smoke when I moved in and management assured me they cleaned it by hand them selves (and not a professional cleaning service) and it doesn't smell they claim. Any time you try and contact the office via phone, email, or the app it's almost never returned or answered. Office staff is nice enough just poor communication and accountability. Grounds are kept clean and maintenance issues do get fixed in a timely fashion.

Since we have moved in, they have been nothing but nice, quick and efficient. The staff have been very friendly. The maintenance has came every time we have put in a work order within 24 hours (only time it takes them more than 2 is if the office is closed) Very nice located area, and I would definitely recommend!

Love these apartments. These apartments been here for years but the people here makes it feel like home. Any issue you have they are on it. No apartments are perfect but they are close to it. Maintenance here is 10/10 the guys here really care. The ladies in the office are very nice. Respect them and they'll respect you.

I I’ve liked living here, I feel safe, and now with new management in the office it’s a much more pleasant atmosphere. It’s generally quiet, maintenance is always quick to respond.
