Sandstone Apartments

I lived at Sandstone for 18 months and it was seriously some of the easiest living I've had in Tucson. As a mid-twenties woman, I was worried about feeling safe living alone. Between the gated complex (which maybe malfunctioned only 2 days my entire year and a half living there) and onsite night security, I always felt safe. Noise was never really an issue. I lived right by the tennis courts, so sometimes I'd get noise until 10PM or so. I rarely heard anything from next door or above me. Maybe I just had the best neighbors :) but I felt like all the apartment walls are fairly thick. Maintenance was incredible. There was never a problem they could've solve and it was always done quickly. Same thing with the office staff. They were always quick to respond and always helpful! You will find

Everyone in the office was very responsive and went out of their way to make sure my time at sandstone was enjoyable. I always felt safe in the complex. Maintenance was quick to address any problems.

My husband and I lived at Sandstone for a year before moving out of state and I truly miss living here. To start, the front desk is so responsive, especially Emma. If I ever had a question or needed help with something, they were always in the front office and ready to help. Every time I have called the front desk as well someone answered unlike many other places we have lived at. The online portal for residences is super user friendly. If I ever submitted a maintenance request, it was completed either that day or the next day. Our actual apartment itself was great. We had a 2 bedroom and it was very spacious with great appliances and central AC. The bedroom fit our king bed easily and the place also had a ton of storage. Covered parking was also a huge plus. I have been a resident at Sandstone Apartments for over two and a half years, and I can confidently say it’s a fantastic place to live in Tucson. The staff is incredibly helpful and often celebrates residents through various holidays and special events. The amenities are excellent, featuring a well-maintained basketball court and a Pool/Jacuzzi that are always functional. The landscaping and mountain views from the property are stunning, especially considering the surrounding area. Additionally, the proximity to the highway, downtown, and a variety of restaurants is a significant advantage. I highly recommend Sandstone Apartments as a wonderful living community; you should definitely consider making it your next home!

This is the best apartment complex I've ever lived at. I was there for two years and loved living in my 1 bed 1 bath! I even recommended the complex to other friends who then moved in and have loved it as well. The management staff is amazing, Patricia and Joy are incredible. The maintenance staff is friendly and do a fantastic job of maintaining/improving the property. Speaking of the property, there's an upgraded pool, a small gym, a racquetball court, a children's' playground, a community clubhouse, a game room, a dog park, a new tennis/pickle ball court, and other amenities. The staff hosts tons of events for residents as well with food trucks, raffles, free treats and more. I honestly cannot speak higher of this community, property and staff.
