Sands Parc Apartments

I'm going to start off by saying this apartment complex is disgusting. It is the most expensive "luxury" apartment I've lived in and the dirtiest. First off, the entire complex is filled with dog poop. On your tour, make sure to walk around and really look at the grass, you'll see. Every foot there is another pile and the management doesn't have anyone cleaning it up, ever. It all just sits, getting moldy and more disgusting. Same piles of poop existing for months. Its not even like you can dodge it and let your pet or child walk in the grass because its every step. If you have children, a dog, or enjoy walking outside, do not live here. If the poop wasn't bad enough, the buildings themselves are dirty and disgusting. I've lived here a year and never once have they power washed the hallway

This place is a joke! Been here for 18 months and will not be renewing. The office staff has been nothing but rude, Lisa and River. The only decent one here is Teressa. Show up at exactly 6pm and wait for an office staff you can’t even get an AC filter that they are supposed to provide.. the pool is filthy and never cleaned. Always having issues with the pool, trash compactor. The elevators are always broke. Not worth the money you request service request and pest control and takes forever. Definitely don’t recommend. Mold has been growing in our garage and leaks so bad everytime it rains heavy. Started a list of things that needed done but got tired of making a list of so many things. They also charge you a 200 move out fee (this is not a damage fee)

Moon is an excellent maintenance supervisor. He fixed our AC quickly and did a great job. He was very professional, respectful, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. We really appreciate his hard work and help. Thank you, Moon!

PLEASE READ! I’m a fairly new resident in this community, and after living here for the past few months, I wanted to share my experience. The apartment walls/floors are extremely thin. I can hear every drop and every footstep from the neighbor above me. I hear full conversations from my next-door neighbor, and I can even hear every TV show my downstairs neighbor watches. Sounds crazy, right? PLEASE, PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS BEFORE CONSIDERING MOVING INTO THESE APARTMENTS. On a positive note, the ladies in the front office are very kind and helpful. It’s not their fault that the apartments are built poorly. However, hearing everything your neighbors do can become overwhelming and may make you want to relocate.
