Living at Sandpiper Village was far from the pleasant experience it’s made out to be, and a huge reason for that is Rosie, the manager. Dealing with her was exhausting, frustrating, and honestly ruined what could have been a decent place to live. She comes across as unprofessional, dismissive, and consistently talks down to residents as if they’re an inconvenience instead of paying tenants. Any issue—big or small—was met with attitude, defensiveness, or outright indifference. Communication was terrible, problems were brushed off, and it always felt like power trips mattered more to her than actually doing her job. My wife recently moved into Sandpiper Village Apartments and the experience has been outstanding. Rosie and Danielle went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, stress-free, and welcoming. Rosie was extremely thorough, answering all questions and making sure my wife felt confident every step of the way. Danielle was equally amazing. She was friendly, organized, and always willing to help. They truly made what could have been a stressful move feel effortless. Moved in this morning and Danielle was very helpful and sweet. She made the whole move in process smooth and seamless. Danielle was informative and responded to my emails and phone calls in a timely manner. I asked to have an accent wall painted on short notice and she made sure it happened right before I moved in. I had a chance to meet the head maintenance man and he was very sweet as well. Can’t wait to be fully moved in so I can enjoy the amenities like the pool and gym. Thanks a bunch!!!
