Sandpiper Apartments

I can’t recommend Sandpiper Apartments enough! My mom recently moved in, and we couldn’t be happier with her new place. The apartments are lovely and feel very safe, which was our top concern. A huge thank you to Brianna and Mattie in the leasing office! They were incredibly kind, gracious, and helpful throughout the entire process, from setting up the lease to assisting with the move-in. They made everything so smooth and stress-free for us. My mom is absolutely thrilled with her new place, and that says it all. If you’re looking for a fantastic apartment complex with an amazing team, Sandpiper Apartments is the one!

Don't live here. The new management company does not keep the property clean or provide friendly/quick service. They are, however, restricting dog breeds, raising rent the maximum legal amount, and adding utilities to the bill, despite not being able to check individual unit usage. Don't worry, though, you have to agree that your payment may exceed your actual usage. Used to be a nice place to live. Now it's pretty bad. Go somewhere where you can get much more value for the same amount of money.

I'll start as a 6 year tenant that has gone through 4 property management companies. The current property management company is the worst. Their leasing agreement is lacking and incomplete. I asked several times for a lease agreement but never received one. Arbitrary charges fluctuate, i.e. large items, are between $70 and $80. When asked for a charge listing, none was provided. Rent increases are yearly and are significant, anywhere between $100 and $150, why so much, no explanation. Rent agreements are incomplete and inconsistent. The grounds are always dirty and the vehicle automatic gates do not consistently work. Pedestrian gates are never unlocked on time and the doors consistently do not close properly allowing vagrants on the the property. I've personally caught vagrants on proper

Sandpiper is a great apartment community! All the neighbors and leasing staff are so nice The dog-friendly community is perfect for dogs of all size, and the downstairs apartments even have backyards. The community feels safe, and the parking lot is gated for extra security. the grounds are well-maintained, and there are several laundry rooms at the complex. Such a good deal for HB!

started off Assaulted by head of maintenance Sergio c. Manager ginger Nixon immediately took his side after repeated proof with photos of his entry without permission, and said that I assaulted him, and put that on my rental history making it impossible to move out. Very inexperienced new manager Madeline Asturiano let her dogs bark all day and night long for 5.5 months, 11 recordings after hours instead of fixing it, tried to do a false eviction, their attorney dismissed it for zero evidence, she then finally moved the video camera she stated proved something in the false eviction after videoing In my apartment 2 months but kept audio going confurmed by ceo...ilegally..then tried to threaten me with a lease violation when she's doing the same violation (pics show junk in window) .
