Melissa Parker is a horrible property manager. She's very unprofessional and has an attitude most of the time. She doesn't do anything about issues that go on with tenants. You can fill out several complaint forms and she does nothing about it. She does not care.

Melissa was very helpful, she went out of her way to help me! She’s honest and hardworking!

The property manager is TRASH! There’s apartments available right now and she will not let anyone move in them. You literally have to chase her down just to get in touch with her and her communication sucks.

It was a decent apartment until I saw the presence of mold under the kitchen sink and through the pipes. Even the maintenance lady stated the pipes were cheap and she had to change them out. The mold issue was not resolved they sprayed mold killer on the water damage and I stated that it’s probably mold on the inside of the wood but nothing was done about it. I requested to get my family moved to another apartment but nothing was done so I made the best decision and moved out the complex. They really don’t care about their tenant’s or the health risk they have or could put them through. When I moved out a few ppl also noticed mold in their apart as well. I’m pretty sure mold is spreading through the whole complex.

the manager there is AWFUL. i moved out july 30th, filled out all the paper work to her letting her know, everything was FINE. so here it is september 7th and i see a voicemail from august 30th a WHOLE month later, they attempted to call me and tell me they didn’t receive my keys which was left in their DROP BOX july 31st, and tell me since she didn’t get my keys she was filing an eviction notice on me for not paying august rent? MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. i always paid rent on time, and even in advance and they are doing anything to get money because of their unprofessional manager.
