Sandalwood Apartments

Everything always been fine around here. For years. They have guys that sexually harass women. You all and try and speak with someone about it. Nobody returns your calls. They get drunk outside all day. Nobody says anything. And if your a man or a women with special needs children be careful you will have to defend your children from the people they allow to walk around drunk all day and harass your family.

Extremely affordable and very calm and quiet complex. Biggest complaint is management response to maintenance issues. A month after we moved in we told them that our dishwasher didn't work and they sent someone to fix it and he just "restarted" it and it has yet to work. Then our oven started cutting on and off by itself every 10-20 mins even through the night and they never came to fix it. We have called multiple times and informed them about it and nothing has been done and its been 8 months.

My wife and I have been living at Sandalwood for about 4 months now and I can honestly say this place is the best kept secret in the Dallas/Hiram area. Extremely affordable, plenty of room (we are a family of 3) and best of all, the community if very friendly and quiet. Kristen at the leasing office is a sweetheart. Highly recommend this place to anyone reading this!

Mydaughter and I have been living here for 7 years now. Rich is the best landlord ever!!! He will make sure he gets to whatever problem you are having as far as maintence issues. They are very nice and friendly in the leasing office. Its affordable and nice and quiet neighborhood.

Rich is the best landlord ever!!! If he's aware of your situation and is able, he will work with you. Maintenance was always spot on. This is why I'm coming back to Sandalwood.
