Renee K is poor excuse for a property manager. She has a lack of understanding for her job and professionalism. She is money-hungry and has no idea what it means to manage a property. They have a poorly written leases with zero responsibility on their end as property managers. I would not recommend a rental property from Sand Dollar to anyone. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY.

Renae Kirk was rude right from the beginning. Almost like she was judging me. She made a rude comment about our emotional support dogs and handled EVERYTHING unprofessionally. I have depression and anxiety and have support animals with documentation. She could care less about me or my condition. She was abrupt, rude and I will make sure others know of my experience with her. I even texted her and told her how upset she made me and she never replied or called. SHE DOESN’T NEED TO BE IN ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLE. Horrible experience today!!
