I am an interior designer with a background in hospitality design, and I entrusted my personal home to Hodnett Cooper for property management. During the tenancy, they placed renters who caused significant damage to my home. Despite repeated requests, the company failed to conduct routine property inspections or follow up on concerns I raised. I had to request/demand they inspect my hoe or it would not have happened and when it did they definitely did not do a thorough check.
