I have been coming to LBI since I was born but this was the first time my family rented from Sand Dollar Real Estate. The entire process went smooth and seamless, and we loved the house we rented. Would definitely rent from them again!
I wish i could give -00000 stars. Very unprofessional & apparently it is all about the money & not the client. So typical of the new breed on LBI. Our original realtor (retired) would have never treated me the way i was treated by a realtor named Sam. Lucky for me found Island Realty & i am so happy!! Run don't walk from this realtor.
Best realestate broker in LBI. Honesty, integrity and loyalty. What more can you ask for in the crazy home sales business. I would recommend Pat and Sam to anyone who wants to be treated like they are family.
