I recently purchased my first home, my agent William Hodgson Jr. was so incredible! Patient, understanding and dependable I could not have asked for a better realtor. I definitely will recommend Island Realty specifically William and Laura Hodgson for any future dealings to include rentals, I had such an amazing experience working with them !

This agency is so unprofessional and rude. They do not follow clear NJ state laws. Their agents and staff have been so unprofessional and rude!! I cant even belive it! I have been dealing with an ongoing issue where I have attempted to involve the original realtor, but she has consistently ignored my emails and calls. Upon contacting the office, another agent finally answered after I was subjected to a series of evasions by other staff and subsequently been hung up on. The agent became confrontational almost right away but informed me that he would attempt to contact the original agent. When I asked of he could please give a call back within a 3-4 hour timeframe before the end of the business day he so rudely responded, "let me tell you something, you don't ever give me a deadline." Nothing but great experiences with island realty. I’ve rented with them the last few years and I can say they take good care of their clients :) my husband also bought his house through island realty and couldn’t be happier!

This was our first year renting through Island Realty. Worked directly with Gavin. Overall a very good experience. Minor gripe. When we checked in for a house with 10 people, we were only given one key. I called immediately after realizing and asked if a key could be brought to us. My question was was answered with "why don't you stop by the rental office one day and they'll give you another key". Not the biggest deal, but it was out of our way and didn't make a great impression when paying several thousand dollars for a rental. Felt a little bit like "we have your money now, thanks." Gavin redeemed himself when we were having issues with the outdoor shower. Came by personally, then followed up with the owners of the rental to resolve the issue quickly. We would recommend Island Realty
