Rented a house for a week through this place and the house was misrepresented by glamorous pictures making it look better than it was. Come to find out the place was a dump and worse it was filthy upon arrival with horrible beds and hardly any seating in common areas. This agency represented the owners and imposed all sorts of cleaning rules on the rental which was unnecessary since it was trashed coming in. I would never rent another house through this agency on LBI again due to their disorganization and just lack of knowledge with LBI rentals. There are plenty of other good agencies to work with on LBI.
