San Simeon Condominiums

Not a big fan of the new management. They don’t come to your door when you have a request they will just say they completed it without actually doing the work. Oh and what about the times THE MAINTENANCE TRIED OPENING MY OWN DOOR WITHOUT PERMISSION! Yeah not a big fan of these people. The staff doesn’t do anything they just sit there.

Angela the manager at San Simeon has been a true blessing to this property. She takes care of work orders promptly. She is always so friendly and helpful when I’ve come in with any issues. I recommend this property because of the amenities but most of all the amazing work that Angela and her staff do.

Lived here about 7mo now. Quiet, well-maintained, quick responses. Love the dog park for my pup.

Brittany at the front office has been amazing. Ever since I came in for information, she worked with me until I could get everything figured out to move in. Our correspondence lasted literally months. As soon as a unit became available, she let me know, and I could not be happier about living here. The property is very well maintained, and maintenance orders are taken care of in a very timely manner, and done right. My neighbors are all very kind, and the apartment itself is located very conveniently close to shopping centers, grocery stores, gas stations, etc. I can honestly say I love living here.

I recommend this place to anyone who wants a good decent place that you can be proud of to bring family over and not be embarrassed. Tina went above and beyond and she was compassionate and understanding of my situation. I know she appreciated the fact that I kept in touch with her despite my limited time I had to move in as well as seeing her in person to discuss options. Well unfortunately my situation changed as far as room mate situation and we had to put plans of moving to San Simeon on hold. Tina was understanding and if a one bed room ever popped up she let us know. 5 stars all around.
