My experience at San Mateo has been outstanding thanks to Jurithzy, Juanita, and the JoAnna. Their level of professionalism and dedication truly sets them apart. From the very beginning, they were welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive to my family’s needs, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The community itself has a warm, peaceful, and secure atmosphere that instantly made us feel at home. Unlike some apartments, each room has its own lighting and ceiling fan. Because of their exceptional service and the inviting environment, my family and I are thrilled to be starting this next chapter at San Mateo. I would highly recommend this community to anyone searching for a place that truly feels like home.

I just renewed my 3rd lease at San Mateo! Jurithzy has made my experience in Tucson the best. From helping me find my home to giving restaurant suggestions. She makes every resident event fun and yummy with her drinks. San Mateo is a beautiful place I can call home. Thank you to everyone!

The property manager Joanna is such an amazing woman. She truly cares about her tenants and tries her best to offer help in any way that is possible . She offers monthly events for the tenants , food drives, back to school events aswell as holiday events . Last year we as an apartment community suffered a tragic loss. Joanna and her staff rallied together to help raise funds for the family. She is amazing and kind hearted

Such a pretty property! Everyone is so nice! Omar the maintenance supervisor is very nice! I’ve noticed he is always the first one at the property! He’s always in a great mood and is ALWAYS willing to help at anytime!

I've lived almost ten years and I absolutely love the community, and the ladies in the office are always so nice and helpful. As for the maintenance crew they are always on good time with repairs in my unit... If you're looking for a home San Mateo is a great place exactly for what you're looking for
