ABSOLUTELY DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! If I could give zero stars I would. From the moment we moved in we were greeted with a disgusting apartment, no working shower, and an infestation of all sorts of bugs. As well as people stealing my packages. Also maintenance… don’t rely on them they don’t care to help unless it’s urgent and even then they don’t care. We were left with a broken fridge for over a day and our food went bad. Also the neighbors are awful and don’t watch their children, we had a child throw a rock through our window to grab our window decorations. We were also harassed when we first moved in by a woman who asked for money everyday and threatened us. Property management did nothing we had to involve police on multiple occasions. No signs visible for towing. You park your car there and get towed. You spend hours trying to find out where your car went. We live across the street from the apartment and nobody even parks there. Even my neighbors park their cars there sometimes and don't call on them at all Also how can you even live with the amount of drive by shootings and constant shooting that happen there. My house received a stray bullet hole from that apartment. You guys should be evicting the people who literally shoot each other not let them stay. You guys must really have low standards Police and Ambulances are there EVERY SINGLE WEEK. It's hard to sleep when there's police and ambulance lights lighting up your entire room and house and with the sirens you hear blaring. It always this apartment complex with

Carmen the manager was EXCELLENT. Well versed and knowledgeable. She helped me and literally held my hand to complete the application while multitasking and helping other applicants without making anyone feel uncomfortable. She was like superwoman. Just how I would want my landlord to be if I live on the property. Well versed professional and got the job done.
